Macs Cleaning offers commercial cleaning services, including but not limited to:
All services are provided based on the terms outlined in a written agreement. A signed contract, either physical or digital, is required to initiate services.
Pricing is customized based on the client�s needs, including the size of the facility, frequency of cleaning, and specific requirements. A one-time setup fee may apply, and monthly pricing will vary.
Clients are billed monthly for cleaning services. Payment is due on the first of each month. Payments not received within the 7-day grace period will incur a late fee. Services may be paused until payment is received.
Clients are responsible for ensuring access to the premises during scheduled cleaning times and for notifying Macs Cleaning of any areas requiring special attention.
Macs Cleaning is not responsible for damage to any property during the cleaning process unless caused by negligence. Clients are liable for any damage to dispensers, equipment, or chemicals.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with a written notice. If the client wishes to terminate before the end of the agreement term, the client may be subject to a termination fee.
Macs Cleaning will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the services in question.
Macs Cleaning agrees to keep all client information confidential and will not disclose any details related to the client's property or cleaning schedule without prior consent, unless required by law.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the state or region where Macs Cleaning operates.
Macs Cleaning reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and the latest version will be posted on our website.
